The audience was able to instantly see how different a home could look post renovations in one photo. Wanted to also show how different a listing pitch could go when giving different perspectives to potential clients.

How

Used a photo of an existing listing and put in a renovation AI tool. Created a visual of what the listing could look like post-renovations.

Impact

Used this to show other realtors how the loan officer’s strategies could benefit them and increase their business.
